Join us and learn simple yoga exercises to support you and your baby in pregnancy or after childbirth! Our special guest, Desi Bartlett will share her personal stories from hers and her student's pregnancies, plus offer you tips to:

  • Open the lines of communication while your baby is in utero
  • Increase strength during labor and delivery
  • Bond with your baby through movement, and improve baby's coordination while strengthening each of you

 

Desi Bartlett M.S., CPT, has been teaching health and wellness for over 18 years. She has earned a degree in Kinesiology, a minor in dance and her Master's degree in Corporate Fitness. Desi holds advanced certifications in Yoga, Personal Training, Pre & Post Natal Fitness and Group Fitness. Desi’s teaching style is influenced by all of the forms of movement that she has studied. She is passionate about assisting mothers in their journey during pregnancy, and the birth of their babies.
