Victory OVER the Spirit of Trauma

As we go through our life we are exposed to a tremendous amount of hurts which are extremely painful. In most cases those heartaches were expectations that never manifested, demands, divorce, and abuse of all kinds. Let me ask you this? How many messages have you heard in your life time about the recovery from trauma? If you’re like Allen and I, you’ve hardly heard a one. Let me rephrase that, we’ve heard many about being ‘In Christ as a new creation; old things have passed away, so we don’t need to dwell on the past.  Thus Christians who dwell on past hurts are lacking in faith. Hmmm. Well I bet that went down like a rat sandwich.
