Race and Politics In Small Town America

Two weeks ago a school board member in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana posted a photo on facebook causing some in the community to question the motive.  As the discussion became heated, more questions about the relevance and realities existing in the community surfaced.  Is this a reflection of our nation or an opportunity to address it?
