In 2015 graduating seniors in Tennessee were eligible for free tuition to attend community colleges in the state. Since this initative Tennessee has broadened access to include adults. Dr. Michael Torrence, who was a member of the planning team which created the Tennessee system joins us to discuss the implications and benefits to students and also why this initiative is so critical to our nation's workforce needs.
