"Wanted to share my family miracle with the world so I decided to post it on my YouTube channel as well." ~ Emily Wallace, Mother & Author

Emily Wallace, a motivational speaker & inspirational author, is the mother of a young daughter with a disability that medically leaves her unable to speak. That daughter, Bessie, is making strides in an unconventional way. She's beginning to break her silence by singing along with her big sister, Ernestine. Bessie and Ernestine can be heard and found loving and communicating together.

Mother Emily, despite her daughter's struggles, survived challenges and struggles of her own when she was a child. Emily turned those negatives of her life into an unforgettable autobiography, Scarred for Life, an inspirational book that illustrates all of the struggles she faced during her childhood.

Today, Emily has been happily married to Larry, Sr., for 27 years and are the parents of first-born, Larry, Jr. Not only has Emily successfully raised her family, but she is extremely proud that Larry, Jr., has become a TV host of Metro Arts Detroit for the next two years and that her older daughter, Ernestine, is an up-and-coming singer/songwriter and a recent high school graduate.
