Dr. Delene Musielak was born and raised in Guyana, South America. At age six she migrated with her family to the United States.

She obtained her medical degree and is dual-boarded in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She challenges herself to be a leader and the best at everything she does.She is a full-time physician and Associate Program Director, super mom of triplets, wife of an amazing surgeon, an international best-selling author, motivational and wellness speaker, personal development coach and entrepreneur. She hosts The Dr. Mom Show, where she is known as Dr.Dee- Mom of Three, to serve as a medical informational resource. Dr. Musielak hosts a Women’s Facebook Group  featurimg weekly challenges, recipes, healthy tips, and daily encouragement.

She is working on her first book collaboration, “Women of War – Peace in the Midst of the Storm.” Her other books are M.O.M. ~ Meditate. Overcome. Motivate, a 30-day women’s devotional journal and the international best selling The Tripsies and Me, an illustrated autobiography of the first year with her triplets.
