Kristin is a fitness consultant mentoring Intelligent fitness, an educator, and coach focusing especially on guiding people in finding their formula for fitness and health. Her education as well as her own training in fitness is extensive and covers flying trapeze, static trapeze, trampolining, strength training, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, and TRX.
Always having had an interest in psychology, the bigger life questions and the mental and emotional aspect that goes along with creating changes in life, she has studied and done many courses that she believes are complimentary to the world of fitness training.
Kristin has taught fitness seminars and Pilates Mat Certifications in Oslo and the US. And she helped develop a group fitness class system with colleagues in the US.She loves teaching classes and she is smart and creative in her approach to teaching both stretch classes, CrossFit and P5.
Kristin grew up in Oslo and is now living back in Europe after many years living in the US.
