Join Chevalisa and Lena for an illuminating conversation on attachment styles, neuroplasticity, and the "ten commandments" that can help you revive and thrive in your romantic relationships!

By understanding how our wiring shapes the way we bond, we create the possibility for growth. Literally. Brains are plastic. By developing a new awareness, moment by moment, and by learning to adopt new attitudes and practices, we can literally rewire ourselves, help rewire our partners and most importantly, begin to create a "securely-functioning" relationship that can help you experience much more safety, trust and freedom, and experience your relationship in a whole new way.

Chevalisa Bruzzone, MA MFT, attended CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) and has a psychotherapy practice in the South Bay and Santa Cruz. She has extensive training in the mindfulness-based Hakomi method and currently studies with Stan Tatkin (author of Wired for Love, Your Brain on Love, and Love and War in Intimate Relationships), who just won the Teacher of the Year award at the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, California Division.  In addition to seeing clients and teaching couples how to create securely-functioning relationships, she works at Stanford teaching emerging business leaders how to cultivate their emotional intelligence.
