Dr. Renee welcomes Chris Rupsa to the Inner Revolution to discuss his "Man Reconstructed Project". Chris will talk about his own journey to get unstuck from the negative thought patterns, emotions and self-destructive behaviors and how he found his way to redefining masculinity. Dr. Renee and Chris will talk about how both women and men can learn to balance their divine energies and find a place of balance in their personal lives and relationships with others.

Chris embarked on a difficult journey of self-realization to get unstuck from the negative thought patterns, emotions and self-destructive behaviors that in the past only fueled his fear and anxiety.  On this journey he discovered a lifetime of suppressed emotions that needed to be explored and released, but quickly found out how difficult that was going to be as a man raised under the traditional model of masculinity.  Chris soon discovered that vulnerability, love and compassion would be the tools that set him free.

Chris started the Man Reconstructed Project in 2018 to share his story and help coach and empower other men to redefine their own masculinity and connect with their feelings and emotions to find renewed strength in their honesty, authenticity, vulnerability, compassion and love.  Chris strongly believes that our life experiences, both good and bad, teach us the important lessons we need to learn so we can wake up one day and discover our true self.  It’s time to hand over your man-card and go deep, and he promises that at the end of this journey there is something beautiful!
