About Jason McClellan:

My name is Jason. Some people call me Ace. is where I post things related to my life, things I create, and things I find interesting. I proudly label myself a geek. I am a journalist/content creator who focuses on all sorts of geekery including UFOs, space, science, technology, and geek culture. I also produce a weekly web series all about space, UFOs, and the search for extraterrestrial life. Once a year, I have the great privilege of co-organizing and serving as the technical producer of the largest annual UFO conference in the world (recognized by the 2015 Guinness World Records)! As a founding member of the UFO news organization, Open Minds, I had a blast writing for and editing the now defunct Open Minds magazine. I still write for I've also recently written for Geek magazine and Tech Times. Check out my other geeky endeavors at You may have seen me on television. I've appeared on Syfy, NatGeo, and, most recently, I co-starred on H2's Hangar 1: The UFO Files, which also aired on History. I’ve worked in music, media, and event production for more than 14 years. I’ve owned a record label, co-owned a concert venue, managed a New York City music organization, and produced countless amazing concerts. I've done some pretty awesome things in my life. And I plan to do many more. Here's the bottom line: I'm a space geek, a music maniac, a techie, a vegetarian, a travel junkie, a whiskey enthusiast, and a huge dog lover.
