Welcome to 'in the Moment' with Adele Arnesen, your host.  Adele's special contributors, Jeff Cannon" and Deb Kraner Garnett will join during this evening's broadcast.   The main mission is for all to find out important reasons to go outside and find what excites you. Reasons on how important it is to make your own choice on what will be included on your journey.
