One of the pioneers in the field, Paula developed an Energy Psychology system called CONSCIOUS HEALING AND REPATTERNING THERAPY (CHART). Her book Chakras, The Magnificent Seven, introduces the reader to the unique aspects of the Chakras and explains simple yet effective ways to work with them on a daily basis to clear the effects of traumatic experience and to create and maintain optimum health. Paula’s latest book is called From Tears To Triumph. It is a step-by-step program for getting out of pain, feeling normal again, and transforming grief into growth.
