Robinson for Part two of her Faith and The Love of Literature segment, during which she'll be joined by Deborah Fletcher Mello and Pat Tucker. For Deborah Fletcher Mello, writing is as necessary as breathing and she firmly believes that if she could not write she would cease to exist. Her first novel, TAKE ME TO HEART, earned her a 2004 Romance Slam Jam nomination for Best New Author. In 2005 she received Book of the Year and Favorite Heroine nominations for her novel THE RIGHT SIDE OF LOVE. In 2008, Deborah won the Romantic Times Reviewers Choice award for Best Series Romance for her ninth novel, TAME A WILD STALLION. With the release of her second literary work, GRAYE in 2012 and her fifteenth romance novel, PASSIONATE PREMIERE in 2013, Deborah knows that there are no limits to her writing career.  By day, Pat Tucker works as a radio news director in Houston, Texas. By night, she is a talented writer with a knack for telling page-turning stories. She is the author of The Cocktail Club, Sideline Scandals, Party Girl, Daddy’s Maybe, Football Widows (soon to be a movie), Daddy by Default, and Lachez (an original e-short). She is the coauthor with Earl Sewell of Loyalty Among Friends and A Social Affair and has participated in three anthologies, including New York Times bestselling author Zane’s Caramel Flava. A graduate of San Jose State University, Pat is a member of the National and Houston Association of Black Journalists and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She is married with two children. Tune in as Mz. Robinson as she kicks off her first broadcast on IDDR with special guests, Sharon Lucas and Terri J. Haynes. Sharon Lucas, can’t remember a time when she wasn’t planning an event: a family reunion, birthday or retirement party, a holiday celebration or other gala, during her more than 40 years as a human resource and sales professional and more than 10 years as a book club leader. After her retirement, it seemed natural to her that she would combine those skills with her love of reading. Thus she entered the most exciting time of her life as an advocate for and planner of literary events in support of African American authors and book clubs. Terri J. Haynes, is a homeschool mom, writer, prolific knitter, freelance graphic artist and former Army wife (left the Army, not the husband). She loves to read, so much that when she was in elementary school, she masterminded a plan to be locked in a public library armed with only a flashlight to read all the books and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. As she grew, her love for writing grew as she tried her hand at poetry, articles, speeches and fiction.  Tune in and discover how "the love of literature" led these two extraordinary women to penning their first novels and starting a fabulous journey filled with Faith.  00:56:00I Define DIVA RadionoMz Robinson,Sharon Lucas,Terri J Haynes,Reading,WritingGetting To Know Sharon Lucas and Terri J.
