Pastor Clarissa Johnson sits down and speak with Pastor Tasha Jones about her journey as a woman in ministry.  Pastor Tasha is a gifted singer and loves to worship and is also a minister of the gospel. Today she finds herself filling in as interim pastor at her home church, Rocky Branch Baptist Church.  She shares the difference between being a minister in a church and being a pastor of a church.  Listen in as she shares what she learned about being gifted versus being called.

Pastor Tasha authored her first book in 2015, REJUVENATE: Marriage, Motherhood & Ministry.  REJUVENATE is about refreshing some stagnant areas of one’s life. As women, often times we become overwhelmed with our obligations of life so much so, that the passion that once appeared in certain areas of our life have dulled and flames of excitement have started to dim. After being a part of Marriage, Motherhood, and Ministry, I realized that if we are not careful, one can get into the humdrum of just doing everything because, well, it’s our responsibility. If you are there, it’s time to rejuvenate.
