Hybrid Jazz From Trish Hennessey - with Keith Javors!

We are visitng with Keith Javors at a very special time in his career.  This consummate professional just posted on his Facebook page that "The Meeting" broke the Top 50 in "Jazz Week."  No surprise to many of us.  This work with Oleg Kireyev is beautifully and organically put together.  With favorites and fresh music and alternative takes - simmered to a seasoned finish - with the otherworldly input of Tom Harrell, Ben Williams, and E.J. Strickland.  

This is not the first time that Keith and Kireyev have put their minds and spirits together.  "Rhyme and Reason" thrilled Jazz lovers some six years ago - the two artists having formed a bond that could only be described as serendipity :)  Keith is thrilled that he has a friendship like this - that produces such energized musical creativity.  It's a facet of his life that joins the OTHER closet full of HATS that he wears: Producer, Educator, Bandleader, Speaker, Diagnostician, and Industry Consultant.  Whew! Oh, and he is the President and CEO of Inarhyme Music Group - a critically acclaimed Indie record label and music production company with strong philanthropic sensibilities.  

Keith has played all over the world - in esteemed festivals and venues with names you know.  Who else knows HIM? Brubeck and Clark Terry did.  Gerry Mulligan, too.  Terence Blanchard and Maria Schneider could tell you NOW how special our guest is.  And there are so many more.  Keith has been both student and mentor for a long time.  That's the beauty of his music...you can hear the magnificent artistry when he hits those keys - and you can also hear the fun because he's playing with excellence.  You can feel his smile at the camaraderie.  He's brilliant but humble.  And that makes the difference in authenticity!  Join us on 7/21 - we start the show at 2 p.m. EST!
