Former Law Professor at Southern University School of Law. Worked for several units of the NEA, including Director of the Overseas Education Association.  BS Degree from Grambling University; Masters and Ph.D. in Public Administration from City University of Los Angeles and University of Southern CA; JD Howard University School of Law. Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary and an Honorary Doctor of Theology.

Serves on Board of Directors for the World Conference of Mayors, National African American Reparations Commission, National Policy Alliance, and Advisory Board of the African Diaspora Development Institute and other public policy and administration organizations.   President of The Dick Gregory Society. Peace and human rights activist, author of The Peace Terrorists, THE TRUTH Shall Set You Free and just completed “Wake Up and Stay Woke” – a book about her good friend Dick Gregory.  Columnist for the only Black woman-owned wire service--Trice-Edney Wire Service. Host of “Wake Up and Stay Woke” on WPFW-FM 89.3
