Combining her 18+ years of experience in human capital consulting with an eternally curious mindset as to what a person or organization “could become,” Alise delights in helping clients across industries institute transformative cultural change and unlock breakthrough performance. For more than a decade, she has been researching the manner in which people find meaning in their work and also hosts a weekly show called Working on Purpose. Culturally savvy due to extensive travel and residence in Western Europe and South America, Alise is conversational in Spanish and Portuguese. As an Insigniam consultant, she leads clients through cultural and business assessments, develops a roadmap to the future and provides the tools and practices to achieve breakthrough results. Clients seek Alise’s experience in designing and implementing innovative programs, executive coaching and leadership development consulting, and her ability to design innovative programs tailor-made to the needs of her diverse clientele. She enjoys gathering and hosting people at her home, traveling across the globe for the adventure and cultural connection it brings, and nurturing the person and talent emerging in her 13-year old daughter.
