Jim lays out the game plan for getting your house ready for the hot dog days of summer. With the brutal winter in the past many homes across the country were battered and beat by below average temperatures, snow storm ice storms and just about everything mother nature could throw at us in one winter. This is the time of year to take a little time and get the old abode in tip top shape for summer and all the summer storms that will come blowing in.
