Moringa, is rich in vitamins A, B, C, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, folic acid, beta carotene, pyridoxine, iron, calcium, phosphorus, copper and protein. For centuries Moringa has been used to fight infections, stomach ulcers, allergies, fevers and as a pain killer. Moringa is effective antibacterial agent against bacteria such as staphylococcus aureas and vibrio cholera. All parts of the Moringa plant are edible. Fresh leaves can be cooked as vegetables. Dried leaf powder can be added to sauces, curries, casseroles, plated food and make herbal tea. Dried Moringa flowers make great herbal tea. When added to food, Moringa greatly increases the nutritional value of the food. Moringa is indeed a super food and medicine
