It's Mandate Monday! Linda continues our discussion on Strength Training. Our scripture for our study is 2 Corinthians 12:9. Our mandate for the week is exercise.

Exercise:

  1. (n) activity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to sustain or improve health and fitness.
  2. the use or application of a faculty, right, or process.
  3. (v) use or apply (a faculty, right, or process)
  4. engage in physical activity to sustain or improve health and fitness

Physical exercise takes persistence and patience until you see your desired results. The same is true when exercising your faith. We add prayer to the persistence and patience to the mix. Today we will discover how to do spiritual "pull ups".  And, if time permits, we'll also talk about walking and running.
