It's Fitness Friday on Your Blueprint for Life! This week Linda talked discussed how our weaknesses are opportunities for God to show Himself strong. She also encouraged us that our weaknesses are opportunities of conditioning; meaning, it's a time that God weakens our response to certain stimuli. We finish out the week with understanding how we are to position ourselves as we allow God to build us up and become resilient. Utilizing exercise as our reference, Linda will help us look at proper positioning. Some of the exercises discussed will be:

  • push ups
  • running
  • walking
  • pull ups

But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you
