Sam Black is the Executive Director of Grounded Roots Wellness Inc., a wellness centre in Niagara Falls, ON.  With a focus on pain management, healing and empowerment, Sam and her husband, Chris offer a variety of services that promote wellness for the mind, body and soul.  Sam is a Life and Executive Coach, trainer and Psychic medium.   She has a passion for helping others achieve their dreams and goals.  As a busy Mom of 5, Sam also has great perspective on managing time and balancing life.

Katherine Creighton Crook is Founder and Principal Therapist of Leyton Sports Massage. Her side project, Organize Everything, is all about helping busy people build a little more organization into their life. In her "spare time", Katherine's blog,  offers tips for massage therapists and thoughts about business and life. Originally from the US, she settled with her English husband in the UK, and has two beautiful boys.  Katherine has won two national awards in the UK, the Federation of Holistic Therapists’ Excellence in Client Service Award in 2015, and the CAM Expo’s Clinic of the Year Award in 2016, and more. She has also written articles for Massage World and International Therapist magazines, and a digital training guide called ‘Make a Plan: Increase Your Rebookings and Better Serve Your Clients with Treatment Plans’ available for sale at Massage Books website.
