With Jim Griffin A Successful Executive Having All The Fun

Jim Griffin will share how he is excited to get up each morning to do what he loves helping others and has been so successful at doing so that he has prospered in two different cultures and two different worlds.

Jim enjoyed and thrived by following his passion to be an entrepreneur, and then transitioned back to the corporate world to continue his fun and prosperity by achieving his own person goals to help others. He started his own company, TotalChart, in 2003 to assist surgeons to be more efficient and accurate with their surgical coding that generated 20% greater returns for surgeons with fewer insurance denials.

After growing the company, he sold it in 2007. Jim chose to join the home care industry and eventually apply his knowledge and enthusiasm for software services to use IT to better connect with and service home care customers for a growing home care business. Jim has quickly risen to the VP of Operations level, in effect running the entire operations using his expertise and passion to help others.
