Jim is a successful coach with many years of working with people and organizations to reach new goals. His professional education and coaching pragmatism combine with his individual empathy and support to create an environment where the client’s agenda and goals can be created, reached and maintained. He values the creativeness and possibilities in each client, and works with them confidentially to give them the individual effectiveness they desire. He is a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF, and is also certified through CTI. He has been married thirty years and he and his wife have two children, one working in DC and one in college.
He works with a variety of people seeking to make changes in their lives and work to their potential. His corporate clients include the United Nations and Big 4 accounting firms, and his individual clients come from all walks of life and across the nation and world. He prides himself on being able to meet the client “where they are” in their own process, and help them to design and implement and effective way forward. Always pragmatic, Jim also integrates his wellness coaching background into the conversation where appropriate to help his clients stay healthy and fully able to succeed.
