Malcolm chose to follow his passions and focus on a very specific segment of the real estate market in his area. Malcolm honed his real estate expertise by researching and publishing the widely-read Pulse of the Market newsletter about San Francisco residential issues. In 2005 he started exploring the condominium market south of Market Street, eventually creating PulseFactors.com to educate buyers, sellers, and developers about the 10,000+ condominiums  that are now there.
