My interview and talk with Peter Owen Jones at the Balcombe anti Fracking protest site. Peter is a Church of England Priest and author, we talk about the dangers of Fracking for gas, and the emergency we face now as humanity as we continue to ethically and morally compromise, as profit continues to be put before people's safety and the planet.
We talk about the illusion that we are seperate from eachother and all life forms, and that we are very intimately interdependent with all life forms, and need each other to survive. Peter reminds us we are not masters of other species and the planet, and our role should be as guardians and nurturers of the future, and that we are all brothers and sisters with all life, and should ask ourselves what kind of humans are we being.
Peter reminds us about the necessity that all religions now renounce violence and killing, and that humanity is at a point of crisis as religious violence accelarates. We also talk about the urgency and emergency that we operate from a place of love, and put morality before economics.
We discuss the seriousness of consequences and future feedback loops by decisions made now without vision and wisdom, and that we absolutely cannot continue as we are, and that the old model of being human cannot continue, and that it is time for us all to wake up to this fact, and act to change ourselves.
