My second interview with Shamanic Practitioner Lyndsey McKenzie. We talk about working with our light and dark side, and about our madness, struggle and pain as our greatest teacher, which qualifies us to help others.
Lyndsey explains the importance of knowing where we are creating from, whether it’s from the highest part or the lowest part of ourselves, and the choices we make, in every moment a new choice. We discuss our wounded ego needs and the possibility of us healing ourselves en masse to speed the healing process globally, not just individually.
We talk of owning our shadow and reclaiming ourselves, and choosing love over fear. Also how we actually manipulate matter via consciousness to change everything, personally and globally. Lyndsey also talks of some of the experiential aspects of her Shamanic work and the urgency that we reconnect with nature, joy and laughter.
