A baptised Catholic who reverted to the Catholic Church after a Protestant upbringing, he examines in detail controversies over how to understand the Bible's text with a profound examination of the early Church Fathers like St. Augustine. Papandrea will join show host Andrew E. Harrod to discuss questions like should people read the Bible "literally," how does the New Testament relate to the Old, why is the Catholic Church infallible, and does the Bible command the killing of babies or enslavement.
