You Are The Thing People Buy.My pet peeve is poor customer service.  I just don’t understand how a company, small business or entrepreneur can get along by providing poor customer service.  The best businesses are those that never forgot the customer, the ones who made them successful.  And we the customer never forget when a business forgets us, even for one transaction. During this Episode of Enrichment Radio I focus on why businesses, especially small businesses and Entrepreneurs, need to keep the relationship with their customer in mind if they wish to keep their doors open.  I talk about relationships as the key to success and that continual business transactions occur when business relationships thrive. What this all boils down to is telling and living the story you have about yourself and the product or services you have to offer.  The more you share the story the more customers will remain loyal to you.  The more you live your story the more potential customers will be drawn to your goods and services. 00:16:00Enrichment Radionocustomer service,Entrepreneur, relationships, successSelling a product or service involves marketing yourself. The Complacent Entrepreneur: The Fast Track To Failurehttps://www.blogtalkradio.com/garychomiak/2015/12/10/the-complacent-entrepreneur-the-fast-track-to-failureBusinesshttps://www.blogtalkradio.com/garychomiak/2015/12/10/the-complacent-entrepreneur-the-fast-track-to-failure/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/garychomiak/2015/12/10/the-complacent-entrepreneur-the-fast-track-to-failureThu, 10 Dec 2015 16:00:00 GMTThe Complacent Entrepreneur: The Fast Track To FailureI once saw this sign in a small town grocery market, “If we don’t have it, you don’t need it.”  That market didn’t do much business because they had a limited amount of products to sell and the ones they did have were expired and covered with dust.  No wonder there weren’t many customers in that store.  Most people from that small town went elsewhere to get their groceries. My talk in this week’s Episode of Enrichment Radio focuses on why Entrepreneurs need to keep themselves fresh and ready to market their products and services.  Complacency and negativity can ruin a business. This story will serve as a background to this episode.  I want to highlight the importance social consciousness plays in the mission of the Entrepreneur.  We do not live in a vacuum and the misery our fellow human beings suffer affects us and our bottom line. I have worked with my very dear friend whom has MS. It’s always been the people I love that give my life meaning and my care giving a priority.     My choice to become a massage therapist is my way of expanding my ability to help my family and my community. Throughout my training, I have learned the many benefits of massage and am eager to share them with the people in my life and expand to share with the larger community.   And of course, there are few things in life more pleasurable than a great massage.   You feel the pleasure; your body experiences the healing.    Allow me to be part of your life by sharing my knowledge, passion and nurturing.   Website: http://www.gspa.massagetherapy.com/home00:32:00Enrichment RadionoMassage,Deep Tissue Massage,Swedish Massage,Pregnancy Massage,Myofascial ReleaseHello, my name is Giovanna Spata.  I discovered the therapeutic effects of massage through my own journey to health.   I worked for many years as a high stressMark Reason: Reasonable Detailinghttps://www.blogtalkradio.com/garychomiak/2013/05/21/mark-reason-reasonable-detailingBusinesshttps://www.blogtalkradio.com/garychomiak/2013/05/21/mark-reason-reasonable-detailing/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/garychomiak/2013/05/21/mark-reason-reasonable-detailingTue, 21 May 2013 18:00:00 GMTMark Reason: Reasonable Detailing Mark Reason, Owner of Reasonable Auto Detailing will be my guest on this episode of Enrichment Radio.  Mark single handedly will detail your car, truck, boat, RV, you name it and at a reasonable rate.  Listen in on his story to find the details on a detailer's life and work. This is what Joe has to say about himself: Residential Loan Specialist with Jayco Capital Group located in Newport Beach, a "Direct Lender" specializing in the Super Jumbo home loan market. We offer Conventional loans, VA, FHA, CalSTRS as well as hard money loans. I have covered that wide area that straddle's the L.A./Orange County Line for over 20 years. In today's mortgage market, it takes a lot more than knowing how to fill out an application and smile. The days of sub-prime are long gone and so are those loan officers who only needed to get a FICO score. Today you need to know your underwriting guidelines through and through, you need to know the appraisal process, value trends, be well versed in the Mortgage Backed Securities Market and Know How to Close Escrow On Time. I have closed hundreds of home loans, I speak Spanish, have a full office in my home, life is good and I look forward to answering any questions you may have.
