Isaiah 62 is the message of salvation for Zion and for the Gentiles and all kings who would see the ghlory of the Lord. It is a message about God's marriage to Israel and the rejoicing of God over His bride. Jerusalem would be made a praise in the earth as their deliverance would come through the powerful and mighty outstreched hand. It would mark the end of the oppression by foreigners and end the curses of those who attacked and destroyed the resources of the people of God.
The coronation of the king on the Feast of Tabernacles is expressed through the imagery of the opening of the gates when the Lord would bring salvation and redeem His people.
