Her life’s challenges have been surmounted through a combination of determination, believing the best in people, resourcefulness, and being an influential agent for positive change with a servant leader mindset. As Executive Director of Florida Community Partnership, an industry leader in the creation of innovative legislation, policy, community engagement, and implementation framework methods, Jennifer strengthens efforts to develop solution - focused best practices for successful outcomes to complex initiatives. Jennifer currently serves as a board director for the LWVOC and LWVFL, and also chairs the LWVFL State Advocacy and Social Justice committees. She passionately focuses her advocacy on increasing civic engagement; empowering and mentoring women and girls; and ending the dysfunction and abuse that occurs to female domestic violence survivors and their children in the family and domestic violence courts. Jennifer has a degree in Communications from the University of Florida, Master of Law Degree and is a Clark - Fox Policy Leader & Graduate Merit Scholar Master of Policy Candidate from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator, Guardian ad Litem, and serves on a broad range of government and non - profit advisory boards at the local , state and national levels.
