Did you file an IRS Form 4868, “Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File U.S. Individual Income Tax Return” by April 15 with the IRS? You probably realize that, in most cases, the extension is for six months, which means your new deadline to file an IRS Form 1040 “U.S. Individual Income Tax Return” is October 15. But does sending an extension form to the IRS obligate you to file ANYTHING with the IRS?

In this presentation, Peymon will show you the laws requiring an IRS Form 1040, and why, since those laws do not require 99% of Americans to file in the first place, filing the extension THEN, did nothing to obligate you to file NOW.

Peymon, founder of Freedom Law School in 1996, grew up in totalitarian Iran. In 1977, at age 14, Peymon moved to the land of the free and the home of the brave. He found out Americans are not nearly so free and brave as he thought! Peymon has taught thousands of Americans what the laws actually say, not what the IRS or income tax preparers say the laws say!

Peymon and Freedom Law School have helped many Americans to live free of IRS deception, robbery and slavery. You can also LIVE FREE NOW by taking the Seven Steps to income tax freedom on the home page of our website, LiveFreeNow.org.
