Many tax freedom leaders have been tried and imprisoned on income tax criminal charges since the 1950’s. (See partial list below.)

In 1994 the IRS (It’s Really Slavery) began investigating Freedom Law School’s founder, Peymon Mottahedeh, as a “Potential fraudulent tax protester promoter.” After about 18 months of investigation, the IRS gave up on that baseless criminal investigation. Yet ever since, the IRS has continuously investigated Peymon and Freedom Law School (FLS) and has still been unable to stop FLS from exposing IRS deception and robbery of the American People.

In this week’s Freedom Hour presentation, Peymon will explain why Freedom Law School has been able to successfully protect itself from IRS criminal charges, while at the same time openly not filing or paying income taxes and speaking powerfully to educate the American public, and to empower and protect FLS students against IRS deception, robbery and slavery.

*Partial list of tax freedom leaders who were imprisoned on income tax related criminal charges:

1980’s: A.J. Porth, Irwin Schiff, Arman Condo, John Kotmair, Bill Benson

1990’s: Robert Clarkson, Vern Holland, Irwin Schiff

2000’s: Lynn Meredith, Larkin Rose, Eddie Kahn, Irwin Schiff, John Rizzo

2010’s: Pete Hendrickson and his wife
