Most people think that the IRS can suddenly seize your bank account or paycheck without any notice. But this is simply not the case! The IRS must follow certain rules and regulations, and must first give you the chance for a hearing or trial of some sort before stealing your property. This process, called “due process of law”, including appeals, can take over 10 years to complete!

In this week’s Freedom Hour presentation, Peymon Mottahedeh, Founder and President of Freedom Law School, explains how you have the right to challenge the Internal Revenue Service before they can even attempt to steal (seize) your private property by using levies.
