With the recent coverage of domestic violence, bullying and child abuse affecting the workplace within the NFL, questions abound about what can be expected in our workplace and what can support our workplace so that it is at its best. Today's show we review the ways we create our best workplace.

Kit Goldman, founder and president of Workplace Training Network, is a nationally acclaimed trainer and subject matter expert on workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and communication. Her live forums and videos have educated 800,000+, and she has appeared frequently in the media as a workplace expert.

Goldman has designed and delivered thousands of interactive programs for many hundreds of organizations and agencies, large and small, on dozens of workplace topics. In addition to her accomplishments in workplace education, Goldman has extensive background as an early childhood and adult educator; theatre and film writer, director, actress and producer; journalist; speechwriter; and certified consumer arbitrator.

In 1992, Goldman founded Live Action Edutainment, now the Workplace Training Network (WTN), and created WTN’s unique “edutainment” training format. WTN provides workplace education live, online and on DVD.

Goldman’s client-base spans a wide spectrum of the public and private sectors, including entertainment and media leaders: Turner/Time Warner, Spelling Entertainment/Viacom, the Weather Channel, MGM, HBO, and E! Entertainment, among others.
