Probiotics: Look for "bifidobacterium" and "lactobacillus" and their many sub-strains that begin with that word. For SIBO, and general gut health, it may be beneficial to try soil-based probiotics like Prescript-Assist. Saccharomyces Boulardii may be beneficial.
