    The Indianapolis Colts have had a long road ahead of them the past couple seasons, especially when under the supervision of Ryan Grigson. Now that Chris Ballard has taken over the Colts had some mixed returns on their first draft due in large part to playing time and injuries, but some work has already been done under the radar.
    After last year's draft, throughout the 2017 season, and immediately into the offseason Ballard has been quietly been adding talent that hasn't gotten much notice. Now, as the roster currently stands, Matt Danely takes a look at each position group to discern whether the Colts are still as talent deficient as most on the outside perceive them to be.
