Nightmares can shake us out of sleep and mirror our real-life worries. Dream interpreter Stase Michaels will talk about how to handle bad dreams, and give us tools for deciphering their meaning. We’ll also look at how we might keep daily anxieties from becoming invasive bad dreams.

Stase Michaels has three degrees in psychology, and a lifetime of experience in writing and dream analysis. She’s taught college courses in psychology and dream interpretation, and has done a great deal of research on nightmares, including writing two theses. Stase suggests medical researchers, scientists, and inventors can harness dreams as a powerful source of practical insights for sought-after breakthroughs. She’s the author of eight dream books, including the best-sellers A Little Bit of Dreams and Nightmares: The Dark Side of Dreaming. Her newest book is a true crime novel called Justice Plays Roulette. Find out more at interpretadream.com
