Britta GreenViolet is a Holistic Wellness Coach and a Musical Medicine Woman.  Britta shares how to tune into your body through movement, music, breath, and meditation.  She teaches the recipe for well-being through regular mind body practices. 

Britta shares her own personal journey with weight release and improved health through moving her body because she loves it, not to manipulate it.  Britta tells how she was able to overcome feelings of helplessness by starting to move her body through hulla hooping.  She emphasizes finding movement that connects you with yourself.  She shares how our body has wisdom to heal itself, if we give it the right environment of awareness, self-care, and mindfulness.

Britta emphasizes that our self-care is most successful when it is  "pleasurable practices" that help us attain clarity, energy, and feel great in our bodies. She incorporates mind body and spirit into her coaching through sound healing and music, essential oils and nutrition, and mindfulness in the kitchen.
