Rachel's Bio: Rachel Young has never been one to back down from a challenge. But after seeing a picture of herself with her business mentor, Rachel realized her weight had ballooned to a whopping 210lbs. With 3 kids to feed, a successful public speaking business to run, and a marketing company to oversee, Rachel's hands were already full. Finding time to make room for fitness and healthier eating was a challenge the size of Mount Everest! In this interview, Rachel tells how she used skills learned while living in Japan to overcome her biggest struggle of a lifetime - losing 80 pounds and learning how to keep it off forever!
