Rukshana Triem is a former refugee and immigrant from Mozambique. She came to the United States in the 1990s. Rukshana overcame sexual abuse and became an advocate for parents and child care providers to support them on their healing journey. She is now CEO of her women's coaching business called A Women's Lifestyle coaching, where she helps wome overcome their past and create their desired beautiful life, through nature retreats, and different online coaching programs and communities.
