She landed a job at big financial services company and through a series of fortunate events, ended up again working with people and bringing the company's HR and recruiting practices into the internet age. That led her to become Director of Global Consulting at Monster.com. To advance her own career adventures, Bryn started her own business in 2010, helping individuals put the best version of themselves forward and identifying satisfying jobs and career paths within organizations.
