Rising Above Social Media Conflicts, Diversity & Our History

Animosity, frustration, disagreements, differences of opinions, personal attacks. There are so many cultures around the world sharing Facebook and other Social media Networks, how do we solve conflicts? When all hell breaks loose what do you do before you react?  How do we bridge the gaps created by government and our own history "that is known to some, yet un-known by others?

Host: Russ Letica  who  is a Status Band Member to the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation and Co-host/Producer Nell Cole. She is a Southern woman from Tennessee who has an inquisitive spirit about most topics in life.

Elaine Parker started her path towards counselling in 1997/8 by taking the Foundation in Core Process Psychotherapy at Karuna Institute in Devon.  She also has a Diploma in Adlerian Counselling, which has become my main theoretical approach.
