On today’s show, Angie K. Millgate and Jayme Lynn Giordano, co-hosts of Vocal Graffiti, will be discussing the magical aspects of this time of the year, how it inspires them to reach for more, and the renewed sense of aliveness inherent within this season. They will share some of their tools and techniques for expansion in honor of Spring and how they use the energy of this time to empower them to go beyond their limiting beliefs.
Let the crazy brouhaha commence!

Daily medicine is a term that most people no matter where you live, how you grew up, who your friends are, what you look like, or what age you are can comprehend. This show is not for the people that are wanting to do nothing with alternating their position or daily walk. This show is for the trained ear to hear hope and encouragement.

Though October 5, 2017 wasn't even a year ago, the #MeToo campaign feels like ancient history. Violence toward, and sexual exploitation of, women has been going on since long before we were born, yet the tactics are now being exposed. Due partly to modern technology and social media, it is now nearly IMPOSSIBLE to keep secrets, especially if you're rich and famous or powerful and influential.
Guests on tonight's show will be talking about their personal experiences, either in their families of origin or trying to become adults. Some of us will share our impressions of those who smashed down those tactics the abusers use to discredit us daily and hinder our ability to relate to others constructively and go about our own lives.
Coach Rob will be interviewing Christa Riddle, founder and CEO of All About Writing. Christa has a master degree in education and is an educator at heart. But her real talents lie in making that connection. When we speak of cmmunication we more often than not think of talking! Much of self expression comes through our writings:This is where Christa excels, helping you formalize your thoughts and write them down with a touch of elegance. Christa also offers tutoring for children which having communication skills is a must, to make that connection. Which is no easy task.We will be discussing how she accomplishs that on a daily basis, what techniques she employs, and what she feels is successful.
Great communication eleminates the need for mind reading. Which is not our job!

Like the TV show, modern families come in all shapes and sizes. Many children are a product of divorce, are in touch with both their biological and adopted parents, have two moms or two dads (or both), or are being raised by their grandparents. No matter how atypical the face of today's family, the values stay the same: love and support. Moms and dads will find plenty of support in BlogTalkRadio's parenting shows, especially those about time-management topics that fit both stay-at-home and working parents: organizing kids' activity schedules, decluttering, reducing the workweek, managing stress, making quick meals and more. We've also got shows about friendship – you know, your family of choice rather than family of origin. Just remember: everyone's family seems dysfunctional in its own way. And family may irritate you, but more often than not, you can always count on family to pick you up from the airport.
