She lead a team of approximately 150 amazing people and attributes her ability for connecting so well with clients, to her past work responsibilities in operations, which included 7 departments ranging from warehouse

Last year, Carrie stepped completely out of her comfort zone and started her own business coaching practice, CN Coaching, LLC. She received her certification in business coaching from BusinessCoach.com in CA.
