Hear the facts and opinions of the experts supporting each tax system, one of which will most likely become law very soon, as the House Ways And Means Committee brings the discussion to the floor. This show will be a debate between Daniel J. Pilla for THE Fair Tax and Stephen C. Eldridge for a flat tax.

For three decades, Dan Pilla has been the nation’s leader in taxpayers’ rights defense. At age 18, he defeated the IRS in a court of law, successfully preventing the seizure of his mother's house. The Associated Press once commented that "Dan Pilla probably knows more about the IRS than the commissioner." The Wall Street Journal ranked Dan's book, The IRS Problem Solver, as the number one tax book in America. He has presented testimony to Congress on several occasions. His testimony to the Senate Finance Committee blew the lid off IRS abuse and led to many new taxpayers’ rights and protections. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Stephen C. Eldridge, J.D., LLM (in Taxation), BBA (in Accounting), CPA (retired), was a Tax partner in a major international accounting firm, international lecturer and co-author of a 3-volume tax treatise. He believes in making drastic changes to the current tax system in order to minimize its complexity, compliance costs, and its imposition into our personal lives and business. Eldridge claims to have no financial interest in ANY tax system.

The first hour of the show will be a debate. The last 30 minutes of the show will be open to callers to voice their opinion as to who won the debate and a very brief explanation why.
