2:148 means that Allah has given all of us a gift from him that is useful to the society that we belong to. So, we should cultivate our special talents for that same reason. In so doing, we will also earn a legitimate income.

39:39 “Work you in your places” means all of us have been endowed with abilities that we are best suited for and that’s where we should focus. That is what we should do to earn an income. [BLISS] 

89:27-30 “Enter among my workers” means the way to Paradise (here and after this life) is by incorporating (2:148 and 39:39 into you way of living in this world)
