My name is Kelsey Boyer and I am 27 years young. I am from originally from Pennsylvania and currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah. I've spent most of my life following my passion of being a slopestyle competitive snowboarder in high hopes of competing in the Olympics. During 2016, I sustained a TBI which resulted in immediate brain surgery. My life drastically changed and I had to find myself & my purpose while dealing with bad post concussion symptoms. This led me to create my new non-profit, Save A Brain. I spend my winters traveling around and following the snow to places like Japan, Canada and all over America. I now coach for an all female progression camp. Yoga, mountain biking, surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding bring me peace because I get to play outside all day. Being in nature truly has been one of my healers. My family & friends mean everything to me and I wouldn't be here today without them. My brain injury truly reassessed how I live my life from sleeping, eating and self-love. At the end of the day, we only get one brain! www.saveabraininc.com
