Are black youth to be blamed for their lack of education, or faith, regarding their individual and cultural inadequacies and failures in life and society? Are black adult mentors afraid to unite across America for fear of white retaliation in schools, especially in face of a black President? If not, why are they not progressing. Why don’t we see more Black owned business or Churches financially supporting educational and faith-based driven opportunities to low-income parents and children of poverty and crime ridden neighborhoods? Is there such a thing anymore as black “upper-class” neighborhoods?
