During an Agile coach's time with an old or new team, they will try to justify not following a basic Agile guideline by saying, "I thought Agile was supposed to be flexible." What are you supposed to say? Do you just immediately give in and say, "You are right" and tell them they don't have to follow any of the guidelines used and established over the last 20 years of the evolution of Agile and Scrum? This can sometimes stump scrum masters, project managers, and newer Agile coaches.
